1. Service Cancellation
- Customers may request cancellation of a service order within 24 hours of booking.
- Once the repair or servicing process has started, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

2. Refund Policy
- Advance Payments: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking and before the commencement of work, the advance amount paid will be refunded (after deducting applicable transaction charges).
- Service in Progress: No refunds will be provided once the service or repair process has started.
- Completed Services: Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
3. Product Sales & Parts
- For spare parts, actuators, or governors sold, cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
- Refunds for defective or damaged parts will only be issued after inspection and verification.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
